The Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 combines the Intel Core Ultra 7 155U processor with integrated Intel Graphics. The processor features 12 cores and 14 threads, with speeds up to 4.8 GHz. In addition, its Intel AI Boost NPU provides up to 11 TOPS for supported AI workloads.
