The Meta Quest 3S 128GB is a wireless mixed reality headset that brings immersive VR gaming and interactive experiences to the Quest platform. This bundle also includes The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, a VR survival game set in The Walking Dead universe. Meta lists the game among titles supported through its Quest platform.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners puts players in a dangerous New Orleans overrun by walkers. Players explore the city, search for supplies, make choices, and use different weapons while facing threats throughout the story. The game combines survival, exploration, combat, and narrative elements in a fully immersive VR experience.
For the headset itself, the Quest 3S uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 platform with 8GB of RAM. Furthermore, its 128GB storage provides space for games and applications. Meta confirms that Quest 3S supports the same Quest 3 app library and runs the latest Quest experiences.
The headset features LCD displays with 1832 × 1920 resolution per eye and supports refresh rates up to 120Hz. In addition, it provides color passthrough through 4MP RGB cameras, head and hand tracking, and Touch Plus controllers with TruTouch haptics.
Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. Moreover, Quest 3S supports PC VR through Meta Quest Link and Air Link. Its battery provides approximately 2.5 hours of use, depending on activity.
