The ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 18 combines the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop graphics. The processor features 24 cores, 24 threads, and speeds up to 5.4 GHz. In addition, Intel AI Boost provides up to 13 TOPS of NPU performance.

This configuration includes 32GB DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. Furthermore, the SCAR 18 supports dual-channel memory and offers expandable storage through its M.2 slots. ASUS lists support for up to 64GB DDR5 memory and up to 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD configurations.

The RTX 5090 Laptop GPU features 24GB of GDDR7 memory and reaches up to 1647MHz with ROG Boost at 175W. It also supports NVIDIA Advanced Optimus, DLSS 4, and MUX Switch technology.

Its 18-inch ROG Nebula HDR display delivers a 2560 × 1600 WQXGA resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Moreover, the Mini LED panel provides a 240Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, G-SYNC, and Pantone Validation.

The ROG Strix SCAR 18 also features advanced cooling with Tri-Fan Technology, a vapor chamber, and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal. Additionally, the system supports high-speed connectivity and a 99.9Wh battery.
